Any use of the LeBistroCoffee website is subject to the user agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between LeBistroCoffee and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order online with LeBistroCoffee for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the Goods”). LeBistroCoffee, by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on LeBistroCoffee website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of LeBistroCoffee stated herein.
1. PRICE
• Prices for Goods excluded LeBistroCoffee standard packaging, and postage or carriage. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, LeBistroCoffee reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
2. SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT
• LeBistroCoffee provides a secure payment system. Payments can be submitted online using Secure Socket Layer, the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. Credit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.
3. DELIVERY
• LeBistroCoffee will endeavour to despatch orders within a week of receipt (on week days only). The delivery service within mainland (Monday to Friday only). Orders must be received by 2pm the latest for this service. Delivery to the East Malaysia and outside Malaysia will be between 1-2 weeks, depending upon the destination. For all other delivery services we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will do our utmost to ensure that your order is received as quickly as possible.All deliveries are required to receive a signature in order to complete the delivery. If the recipient is not at home on the first delivery attempt made by Parcel Force a second attempt at delivery will be made on the following working day. If, again, the recipient is not at the stated address to receive their parcel, a card will be posted for the recipient, indicating delivery has been attempted and requesting the recipient to contact the depot through the telephone number on the card to arrange a more suitable time for delivery or to have the parcel taken to their local Courier Service or Post Office. If there has been no response within 14 days LeBistroCoffee will be notified of the situation. If LeBistroCoffee is unable to rectify the problem, having tried to make contact with the Purchaser, then the Goods will be returned to LeBistroCoffee. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods again at twice the original cost, since LeBistroCoffee will have incurred a return charge by the carrier. Shortly after placing an order an automated email will be sent to advise the purchaser to track their order via www. LeBistroCoffee.com. The purchaser will need to login to obtain a parcel tracking number which will be available on the date of despatch. At this point it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to track their parcel. If a parcel has been delivered and signed for LeBistroCoffee will not be alerted to any problems. All queries must be received within 3 working days of an expected delivery date.

Complaints are taken very seriously by LeBistroCoffee.com and will be investigated as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact LeBistroCoffee on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone, fax or email listed above. LeBistroCoffee operating hours are from 09:00am GMT to 17:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday only.
5. DAMAGED GOODS
• If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact LeBistroCoffee within 3 days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to LeBistroCoffee, 17, Lintang Beringin 2, Diamond Valley Industrial Park, 11960 Bayan Lepas Penang in suitably packaged. LeBistroCoffee will replace or refund the items concerned including shipping costs.
6. SUBSTITUTIONS
• LeBistroCoffee reserves the right to substitute any items included in pre-made or customised coffee of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
• LeBistroCoffee will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested despatch date. LeBistroCoffee shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
8. ONLINE PRESENCE
• No warranty is given LeBistroCoffee by that their web site will be constantly online or free of defects and errors at any time.
9 . PRIVACY POLICY
• LeBistroCoffee collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully. Information is collected by LeBistroCoffee, to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. LeBistroCoffee will not email marketing material to the Purchaser unless prior consent has been obtained.

• All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this site are the copyright of LeBistroCoffee or it's content providers. As a visitor to the LeBistroCoffee website you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without LeBistroCoffee prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

• None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
